John Vrtaric was a business member for 35 years, a union member for 37 years, member of the Chamber of Commerce, the NJBIA, and the NFIB.

Mr. Vrtaric ran as an independent for the Mayor of Woodbridge 1999 election, is a member of Woodbridge Elks 2116, is a National Rifle Association member, and is involved with the Bosnia Relief Fund.
