Our Mission and Goals
1. To establish scholarships for high school seniors who have had their life adversely affected by cancer.
2. To help children with cancer who have specific disabilities that affect their daily living experience.
3. Work closely with established hospitals and treatment centers in meeting their demands for particular equipment and materials that will benefit children with cancer.
4. A continued "holiday bear" drive that will provide children with joy during the Christmas season.
5. To attempt to meet specific needs requested by children with cancer who are in need.
6. To be willing to gain insights of the various effects that children with cancer must cope with and provide means to alleviate these critical issues/concerns.
7. To expand our foundation to reach out effectively to children with cancer and improve the quality of life in some way, shape or manner.

Statistically, cancer strikes 1 out of every 2 males and 1 out of every 3 females in the course of a lifetime.

Personally, cancer strikes 1 out of every 2 sons, brothers, fathers, husbands, uncles, and grandfathers; and 1 out of every 3 daughters, sisters, mothers, wives, aunts and grandmothers.

That is how children, whether directly or indirectly, are adversely affected by cancer.

That is why the Prodigal Foundation, Inc. is reaching out to those children whose lives have been so adversely affected.
